Planning

Your staging will be planned to perfection. All projects begin with a site visit to measure up and see the space we are staging. If you are planning far in advance we can work from architect drawings and conduct our visit when the property is nearing completion. Either way a property visit is a must before we stage.

Designing Your Show Home

We will create a design based on your ideas and vision for the development – if you’re not sure we can guide you. We will choose furniture and accessories that will suit this.

Different houses appeal to different buyers and as we stage a variety of old and new properties we have a vast range of accessories and furniture to choose from, meaning you will always get the look you want.

With your theme and ideas in mind we will begin to create your show home starting with an initial concept and continuing through to final designs outlining everything we intend to use for your staging.

Extra’s

A show home can be as simple or as detailed as you choose. We can work with a simple interior of neutral walls and flooring adding colour and personality through artwork, accessories and soft furnishings.

If you are looking for a more bespoke finish we can add window dressings, a selection of paint colours and wall finishes and specify a bespoke interior finish for your kitchen, bathrooms, and floors.

Installation

We will arrive on site with vans packed full of furniture and accessories, plans in hand we know exactly where everything will go and that it will fit.

Staging happens over the course of a couple of days – it takes this amount of time to ensure everything is installed and styled perfectly.

We will spend time ironing bed linen and steaming sheets, cushions positioned just so (you will not believe the number of debates about cushions that happen on site!). Artwork will be hung, mirrors positioned. Towels folded, draped and hung every detail is considered.

By the time we are finished everyone will want to move in (even us) – it’s the moment you have been waiting for seeing your property 100% finished and ready to showcase. This will draw in the buyers and attract the right attention online, sales will flow.

Removal

Rented it – we will collect it. Everything will be removed very quickly and efficiently in a few hours. Packed up it will go on to be worked into new interiors, saved from landfill and the hassle for you.
