Problem:
In these new builds in Coton near Cambridge, the bedrooms felt small when empty compared to the large open-plan living areas. With high ceilings, it was difficult for buyers to appreciate the true proportions of the bedrooms, and simply being told they were generous doubles wasn’t convincing enough. The client needed a way to clearly demonstrate their value.

Action:
We staged this home to properly define each space. The bedrooms were furnished to show scale and usability, helping buyers understand their true size. The large open-plan living areas were also staged to demonstrate how they could be best used and enjoyed as functional, welcoming family spaces.

Result:
Not only did we create a very attractive show home that would stand out to buyers, but we also clarified the property’s proportions and showcased the versatility of the open-plan living areas, helping buyers fully understand the homes’ layout, usability, and overall appeal.
