Staged house tour: ‘The Rosary’ Fen Drayton

Nesh worked with the homeowners of this converted barn to bring the interiors up to date and to get it ready to be put on the market.

Furniture, artwork, lighting and accessories were all organised by Nesh who transformed this property to an aspirational home.

Contemporary living room

Modern grey sofas and glass topped furniture instantly turned this living room into a bright and contemporary space.

Pops of blue and silver complement the rooms overall design and the addition of simple accessories and artwork ties the whole scheme together.

Open kitchen/diner

Nesh made the most out of this large kitchen area by adding a six seater dining table and chairs.

Alongside the stylish breakfast bar, this made for a sociable space ideal for entertaining that potential buyers could imagine themselves hosting in.

Stylish garden

An important part of staging is making sure that all areas of the home are covered, this includes any outdoor space.

Nesh created a cosy outdoor seating area with cushions, throws, a parasol and some trendy oversized lanterns.

Blue bedroom

Every property has its quirks and this bedroom was a tricky one to stage due to its large chimney breast. However, Nesh made the most out of the space available and successfully staged the room, resulting in a cohesive blue and grey bedroom scheme.

Matching bedside tables and lamps create a tidy, uniformed look.

Kids bedroom

Staging a lived in property to be put on the market means you have to work with elements of the design that are already there. For example, this kids room already had feature wallpaper so Nesh used this as the starting point for the design.

Cosy bedding, cute artwork and a practical sideboard were added to bring the room to life.

Home office

Home offices have become an important part of any property due to the increasing need to work from home.

A wall to wall shelving unit adds lots of practical storage to this home office and is a striking feature. Nesh was able to style up these shelves with some beautiful accessories, including illustrative artwork of the surrounding area.
